My office is about to move!
It's with a lot of sadness, yet anticipation that I'd like to announce that my office will soon be moving. In the coming weeks I'll be making the move from my space on Kerr Place in Olive Branch and will be moving into our firm's office space in Germantown, where I'll join our Tennessee attorney Chris Johnson.
A lot of people have asked why I'm making the move. And I can tell you it wasn't an easy decision. I started out as a brand new attorney here in Old Town Olive Branch two years ago and have been welcomed into the community by businesses, clients and other great local lawyers. The people here have been wonderful and allowed me to grow my business and have touched my life in many different ways.
Some of my best memories from being here are having my wife's grandfather, Mr. Savage, come over each and every Monday morning and talk about life, god's plans for everyone and his time in World War II. And I'll miss walking down to city court to get tips from a bunch a great lawyers, listening to stories and eating donuts brought by Bob Brannon. I'll also miss the luxury of having a barbershop just a block away from the office, you'd be amazed how often you get your haircut when you don't have much hair!
But as many of you know, I sat for and passed the Tennessee bar exam this past summer. Because of this I will be able to begin practicing law in Tennessee. And since my home is in Germantown, and my wife and I are about to have our second child I will be able to be closer to everyone to help with the daily rigors of a young family.
